From a pile of receipts to filing on the same day.

The challenge
Receipts piled up until month end. Entering them by hand was slow, and mistakes surfaced at GST filing time.

Our approach
We sat with the people doing the bookkeeping, mapped where time was lost and kept the first release to scanning and categories.

What we built
A mobile app that scans a receipt, reads the amount and GST, and files it in the right category with one tap.

The outcome
Receipts are filed the day they arrive, so the books are ready for GST filing without a month-end catch-up.
