01The story
From a dozen spreadsheets to one screen.
01
The challenge
Records lived in spreadsheets kept by different people. Nobody could say what was pending without asking around.
02
Our approach
We listed every sheet and who relied on it, agreed one shape for a record, and started with the three numbers the team checked each morning.
03
What we built
A web dashboard with live totals, status at a glance and reports that export in one click, all fed from one shared database.
04
The outcome
The team works from one source of truth, and the morning check takes a glance instead of a round of messages.
02Screens
Three views the team opens daily.
03In their words
In their words
Everything we chased across spreadsheets now lives on one screen. It’s the first thing our team opens every morning.
